<p><span style="color: #000000;">Join us and George Levkoff of George Wine Company for an evening of wine and cuisine.  We will begin with canapes and sip on George&#8217;s pinot noir rosé followed by a tasting of three of his single vineyard wines each paired with a different course. George will be on hand to talk about the work in the vineyards and the winery that leads to such distinct pinot noir wines. The limited production wines (less than 200 cases from each vineyard) will be available for retail purchase at West Concord Liquors for the attendees of this event. Call the restaurant to book, this dinner is limited to 45 guests.</span></p>

<p>In the year and a half we&#8217;ve been open countless diners have asked us to offer a way to linger over a few more courses and further enjoy the interplay of food, service and wine. For twenty-four diners each week that experience is now available.</p>
<p>The menu will include riffs off the dining room menu as well as dishes unique to a given week’s tasting menu. The format will allow for the use of luxury items and ingredients that are only available in small quantities (think heritage pig lardo or Concord maitakes). The scale of the menu will lend itself to nuanced techniques and intricate preparations. Wine pairings from our 150-bottle cellar will give diners the chance to try selections otherwise not available by the glass.</p>
<p><strong>We will begin serving the tasting menu Friday November 30th.</strong> While the menu details will remain under wraps until service some ideas may come out earlier in the week via Facebook and Twitter.</p>
